Playlist City is designed purely as an offline-first media management tool, allowing you to create, edit, save, and play audio playlists using media files stored directly on your device.

• Personal Data: We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personally identifiable information (PII). The app does not require account creation, registration, or user logins.

• Device Storage & Media Files: Playlist City accesses audio files, metadata (e.g., track durations, titles, artist names), and folders on your local storage solely for constructing, organising, and playing your playlists.

• Zero External Transmission: All playlist generation, track parsing, and media playback occur entirely on your local device. No file paths, audio data, or usage history are ever uploaded to external servers or cloud services.

03  DEVICE PERMISSIONS

To function properly, Playlist City requests access to your device's storage and file management capabilities (such as media permissions or folder access). These permissions are strictly utilised to read your selected audio files and save your playlist files (.m3u, .m3u8, .pls, .wpl) to your local directories.

04  THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & TRACKING

• No Analytics: We do not use third-party analytics frameworks, crash reporting tools that collect personal data, or tracking telemetry.

• No Advertising: Playlist City contains no third-party advertisements or ad-tracking SDKs.

05  CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Playlist City is suitable for users of all ages. Because the application does not collect, track, or share any personal information, it complies fully with general child privacy guidelines, including COPPA.
